Terms of Service

We sell and deliver digital video masterclasses, downloadable educational resources (including PDF action sheets and frameworks), and, where expressly advertised, member community access. We do not sell physical goods and we do not provide live one-to-one coaching unless a specific product description says otherwise.

These terms apply to consumers and businesses purchasing through this website. Mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected.

The contracting party is the service provider identified in the Legal Notice (Impressum), operating under the brand ClarityPeak Academy, with registered address in Vienna, Austria.

Product presentations on this website are invitations to place an order, not binding offers. By submitting a checkout order you make a binding offer to purchase the selected digital product at the stated EUR price.

The contract is formed when we accept your order by confirming the transaction and granting access, typically by automated email immediately after payment confirmation. Order data is stored for accounting, access control, and statutory record-keeping.

All prices are displayed in euro (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless a different tax treatment is required and disclosed at checkout. Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Payment settlement is handled securely via Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and SEPA Direct Debit where offered by Stripe for your location. Card and payment data is transmitted to Stripe; we do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

Delivery is purely digital. Immediate access is granted upon transaction confirmation. There is no physical shipping, no delivery address for goods, and no waiting period for dispatch.

Access credentials are sent to the email address provided at checkout. You are responsible for providing a correct, accessible email address and for checking spam folders. Video streaming is available directly in a supported web browser on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Unless a product page states otherwise, access is granted for the lifetime of the product offering to the purchasing customer as a personal, non-transferable licence. Sharing login credentials, republishing course videos, or using the materials to train others commercially is not permitted.

All video materials, audio practices, written frameworks, PDFs, brand names, and website content are protected by copyright and related intellectual property rights. Purchase grants you a limited licence to stream and download the included resources for personal educational use only. You may not copy, distribute, publicly perform, reverse engineer, or resell the content.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. You warrant that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. You must keep access credentials confidential.

Consumer withdrawal rights and our digital-content exception are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We aim to keep streaming available with reasonable care. Short interruptions for maintenance or circumstances beyond our control may occur. Statutory warranty rights for digital products remain unaffected.

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties, limited to typical foreseeable damage. Educational content is provided for personal development; it is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also enjoy the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. The statutory place of jurisdiction applies.
